MIOR was founded by a woman of color and serial entrepreneur who saw a gap — too many beauty pros with the talent, but not enough support to turn that into ownership. 
 
We’re not salon owners turned suite providers. We’re business leaders turned community builders. That means we show up differently — with resources, strategy, and care that goes beyond rent. 
 
Our mission is bigger than beauty — it’s about equity, growth, and power.
