2. What is included in the suite rental?

Each Suite includes: Wi-Fi and utilities; 24/7 Keyless access; Maintenance and basic cleaning of common areas; Business support resources; Customization freedom to brand your suite your way.

 

3. How long are the lease terms?

We offer flexible weekly lease payments. Most agreements start at 6 months, but we're happy to discuss custom terms depending on your needs and readiness.

 

4. What is the cost to lease a suite?

Suite rental costs vary depending on the size of the suite and its location within the building. We offer competitive pricing, and our team is happy to discuss your specific needs and provide a customized quote.

 

5. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Minimum lease term will be one year, with longer options available. Whether you're just starting or looking for a permanent location, we have options for you.

 

6. Can I decorate my suite?

Yes! We encourage you to personalize your suite to match your brand and style. However, all changes must be approved by management, and the suite should remain in good condition upon move-out.

 

7. Are there any additional fees besides the rent?

We strive to keep extra charges to a minimum and will be upfront about any costs.

 

8. What are the operating hours for the salon suites?

You have 24/7 access to your suite. You can choose your own hours to work, ensuring you have complete control over your schedule.

 

9. Do I need insurance to lease a suite?

Yes, we require all beauty professionals to carry liability insurance for their services. We can provide recommendations if you need help finding coverage.

 

10. Is there parking available for clients?

Yes! There is street parking and also adjacent parking lots for both you and your clients, making it easy for everyone to access the salon without hassle.

 

11. What kind of support does MIOR Salon Suites offer?

Our team is here to support you with any administrative needs, marketing, and business development services. We also host events and networking opportunities to help you grow your business.

 

12. Can I bring my own products and supplies, or do I have to buy from MIOR?

You are welcome to bring your own products and supplies to use in your suite. 

 

13. What if I need additional help or staff?

We offer you the flexibility to hire additional staff, such as assistants or support personnel, within your suite. However, staff must adhere to MIOR Salon Suites’ policies and guidelines.

 

14. Is there a cleaning service for the suites?

A basic cleaning service for common areas is provided, but we ask that you maintain the cleanliness of your own suite.

18. Can I host events or workshops in my suite?

Absolutely! As a tenant, you can host events, workshops, or training sessions in your suite, provided they don’t disrupt other professionals. We also offer event space in the common areas for larger gatherings.

 

19. How do I make my weekly payments?

Your payments will be automatically withdrawn thru our automated system. We use Rent-Redi to automate weekly payments so you don't have to worry about late payments, cash, money orders, etc.
